Coventry Heath Care is currently seeking candidates for the following rewarding positions in our Moon Township office:Government Programs Supervisor, Medicare and/or Private Fee for Service (Supvr Service Ops)

We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Moon Township. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead a cross functional team to meet government standards regarding Medicare Part D and/or Private Fee for Service. Strong leadership skills are required as well as previous experience and /or knowledge with Government Programs. Additionally you will be leading team meetings and presentations to assist team members in improving their processing skills regarding Medicare Part D and Private Fee for Service.

Job Requirements include:
High school degree or equivalent. Bachelors preferred.Significant experience in health care (usually 6-7 years).1-2 years of supervisory experience. Management of inbound customer service call centers preferred. Ability to train employees on all products and processes. Ability to maintain production levels and quality goals. Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills. Able to drive change.
