RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide comprehensive management reporting for Insurance Services Finance covering premium, loss ratio, claims, expenses, headcount, profit by state and product. Includes development of all financial models and ownership of software systems.

Prepare monthly reports for premiums, new business, retention, coverage premium, PIF, etc. by state and product. Manage, reconcile and automate all related data feeds from multiple sources. Provide monthly headcount and expense reporting by department and expense category. Provide reporting to support the quarterly forecasting, operational planning and budgeting processes for all premium, loss ratio, claims and expense items. Develop a comprehensive Partner State management reporting package including premium, loss ratio, claims, expenses and profits. Manage and maintain the current Comshare system and convert to COGNOS. Participate in the design and building of all financial models.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2 -8 years of related experience. B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance highly desired. Excellent reporting and data skill required. Knowledge of COGNOS preferred.
