EXPERIENCED P&C INSURANCE CSR

Mid-sized independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for Personal Lines as well as Commercial Lines. Both PL & CL positions are in our Loveland, OH (northeast Cincinnati) office.

Qualifications:- Experience (2+ years) is required.- Knowledge of Applied Systems would be helpful.- Must have P&C license.

Our agency places a priority on excellent service, so taking care of customer needs is critical. You will work with a team-oriented group responsible for retaining and growing our book of business.

CSR Responsibilities Include:- Servicing existing accounts;- Re-marketing current clients as needed;- Processing changes and policy needs of clients;- Reporting, responding, and follow up on claims;- Handling miscellaneous client needs/requests.
