Experienced Homeowner Property Field Adjuster For Personal Lines Insurance Industry Leader - South Dallas, Texas  Kemper, a leader in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry is seeking to hire an experienced Personal Lines Homeowner Propery Claims Adjuster to work as a field resident for the assigned territory in the suburb  south Dallas, Texas or in one of the following counties that surround Dallas: Ellis, Johnson, Hill, Kaufman, Navarro or Rockwall.  Successful candidate must be: Highly skilled at handling complex homeowner property losses Able to travel frequently to perform site investigations and inspections Must reside in the assigned territory of the suberb south of Dallas, Texas Highly effective at communicating with others (written and verbal) Highly effective at working independently and have solid planning and organizational skills Highly skilled at using required property equipment to include measuring devices, digital cameras, ladders, etc.  Three or more years of progressive personal lines field property homeowner claims experience with  experience adjusting complex property homeowner claims and experience using xactimate or other related types of estimating systems. Experience in claims documentation and handling, related insurance policies and coverages are required. Must be highly effective at scoping out all aspects of a property homeowner loss. Frequent travel is required to perform investigations and site inspections. Position may be called to work CAT claims when needed  Education and training requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Completion of required AIC self study courses and resident courses to comply with individual training programs or the equivalent in related studies and/or work experience Must meet state licensing requirements Must have a valid drivers license  Kemper values diversity and is committed to being an employer of choice.
