This position provides executive support to the company president.  Manage schedule, travel, communication, and calendar.  Review priorities and management of all administrative details of projects. Coordinate workflow and ensure delegated work is completed on time. 

 A minimum of 5+ years experience providing senior executive supportExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to manage projectsA strong work ethic and a desire to grow and excel Poise in communicating internally with all levels of the organization and externally with customers and partners, both on the telephone and in personAbility to exercise good judgmentExperience handling confidential informationIdeally candidate will have a college degree Outstanding communication, writing, and editing abilities with a keen eye for detailSuperb organizational and computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Must be an energetic and flexible person, who can bring a high degree of commitment and a “can do” attitude to the team
