Employee Benefits Producer
Our client provides cost-effective business solutions in the areas of health and wellness, human resources, and communications. They act as consultants who combine traditional insurance with the newest products and services that customize programs for each client. They seek an experienced employee benefits producer to expand their regional marketplace. As a producer you will retain and expand existing client relationships, as well as acquire new ones by actively networking in the community, especially in the middle market and self-funded segments.
Sales Executive Qualifications A minimum 5 years of sales experience with a varied background in small group and self-funded accounts
Ability to transfer industry relationships and approach business with an entrepreneurial attitude
Positive sales history with employee benefits products; direct sales experience preferred
