Document Service Rep I
In this position, the associate is responsible for making daily pick ups and deliveries on and off campus in all types of weather using a company vehicles and equipment. Responsible for obtaining signatures for express packages using hand-held tracking equipment during the mail runs. Responsible for processing the interoffice and postal mail picked up during the mail run and preparing it for delivery on the next mail run. This associate will assist other team members and department goals as needed. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.Requirements: In this position, the associate must have the ability to maintain a current and valid Indiana driver's license before and during employment. A good driving record is preferred. Must have the ability to lift 75 pounds and the physical dexterity to bend, reach, walk, and stand for the entire scheduled shift. High School Diploma or GED is required. This associate should have the ability to interpret written and verbal direction to perform his/her duties. Knowledge of Microsoft application like excel and word are helpful. This associate should have the ability to work independently or cooperatively as a team member with co-workers, external associates, and management.
