District Sales Manager
Summary
This position will manage a group of sales offices to include recruitment and training of staff and developing and implementing a sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals in alignment with company goals.  Also, the District Sales Manager will monitor expenses and deficiencies and develop an action plan.
RequirementsIdeal candidate is a self-motivated and high achiever with excellent customer service and sales skills, ability to coach and motivate others, excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills. 5+ years experience managing multi-locations (retail, sales or wireless industry)Bachelor’s degree a plus Knowledge in sales, service, and operation management Strong leadership skills a must Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Travel required We offer a benefits plan to include medical/dental plan, vision, short/long term disability, cancer protection plan, 401 (k) w/company match, paid holidays and PTO.
