Advance your career at Liberty Mutual - A Fortune 100 Company!  It’s hard to believe you can find a company that’s dynamic and growing, yet has a history of stability since 1912.  That expects you to take immediate responsibility – and helps you succeed by offering immediate support.  A company that rewards superior efforts with opportunities for growth – in a collegial environment based on treating people with dignity and respect.  And a company where you join an international team of professionals, sustaining a single mission of helping people live safer and more secure lives.  That’s LIBERTY MUTUAL.  Hard to believe?  Just ask any one of us. Liberty Mutual’s Group Market is currently hiring for a Disability Product Manager to work independently; managing, developing and marketing Liberty Mutual’s Disability product within the business unit.  In this role you will coordinate with internal business partners to define the Disability product vision and ensure the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.  You will closely monitor/analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity to identify enhancements/opportunities for the Disability product improvement based on trends.  Responsibilities: Manages the planning and marketing of the Disability product to maximize sales and improve market share of the product line Collaborates with Sr. Management and internal business partners in the formulation of business strategy and objectives for the Disability product line Conducts ongoing market research to identify enhancements and opportunities for Disability product improvement Assists in developing/executing the annual marketing and business plan to achieve share, volume and profit objectives Partners with marketing team to ensure collateral, intranet, internet and other appropriate materials are updated and released accordingly Provides consultation and training to others Provides support for Disability product specific RFP responses Ensures compliance with regulatory standards  Qualifications: Bachelor's Degrees with between 3 -5 years of product/brand management experience with unique expertise in the Disability product line.  MBA preferred Proven ability to manage projects from inception to successful implementation Understanding of investment/financial analysis, including payback analysis, project cost/benefit analysis, and financial analysis; knowledge of project monitoring and analysis and industry research & analysis Able to foster working relationships with the team and client departments Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills Strong oral and written communication skills; presentation skills Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, & Excel Benefits: We recognize that talented people are attracted to companies that provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefits packages and outstanding advancement opportunities.
