This position will ensure that assigned staff meets the needs of the clients, maximize income production opportunities, build relationships and control expenses. Responsibilities:Generate new business policy and premiums sales. Recruit, select and develop a sales team. Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed their sales goals.Closely reviews submission quality, proposal presentations for prospects and large account renewals.Develops and implements a comprehensive sales plan for assigned territory in support of Wausau Signature Agency's profit and product objectives.Increase number of clients and account penetration.Ensure state and federal compliance.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Success driven individual.Proven ability to network and build rapport with clients and sales team.Superior communications, delegation, negotiation, decision-making and closing skills required7 or more years experience as a successful agent.Proven success in previous sales and sales management.
