Director of Field Sales and Marketing

Put yourself in that picture and welcome to my client's company! You are a Director of Marketing and Sales for one of the most dynamic and highly regarded Insurance Carriers in the Pacific Northwest. You will have the opportunity to focus solely on developing Agent/Broker relationships and your Marketing team to build the company's book of business. All the pieces of the puzzle are in place and Management is just looking for the right person to lead this effort. This Field Sales and Marketing Director will have the opportunity to serve in a vital and important position and will be rewarded for performance. You will be part of an Underwriting and Marketing Team filled with veterans who are all about growth, profit and enjoying the journey along the way. You will be supported every step of the way to be creative and to help your agencies and your Marketing Representatives grow with your company!

Compensation: A Director of Field Sales and Marketing can expect a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Requirements:

 An energetic, determined attitude At least 5 years previous experience in Sales Management including Recruiting, Hiring and Training. An Insurance background is a plus. Someone with the maturity to work independently. A  true leader who can work with broad direction and minimal instruction The ability to be creative and think outside the box.
