This candidate will be part of the Sales & Service Leadership Team.  The Account Manager will drive revenue growth in national enterprise accounts by building and managing a team of Account Managers (6-8) responsible for ramping-up newly signed national accounts, managing and growing existing national accounts.

Drive revenue growth in our National Accounts by building and managing a team of Account Managers (6-8) responsible for existing and new accounts.

Insurance claim industry knowledge required.

Requirements5+ yrs experience in managing a revenue generating Team focused on Enterprise Clients. 8 + yrs experience in Account /Relationship Management and Solution Sales. Property & Casualty Claims Experience a Plus Ability to create, implement, manage repeatable programs and scalable processes that service client and drive revenue. Ability & willingness to travel approx. 25%. Excellent communication; written, verbal &  listening skills Effectively & professionally interact with clients across all organizational levels Sense of urgency around customer service respond and solve complex issues Work hands on, collaborate with team members, and play multiple roles on projects. Computer Skills: skilled at using & creating documents in core MS applications - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, experienced at using sales force automation tools Honest, Innovative, Talent-Driven, Resolute, Team-Oriented, Entrepreneurial, Compassionate, Can-Do/Solutions-Oriented. Bachelor’s Degree required.
