A Chicago based insurance company seeks an IT professional to direct & coordinate information systems planning and functions, including all phases of systems design, programming, installation and operations. You will review and evaluate project feasibility studies based on management's requirements and priorities. Additionally, candidate will implement the installation and operation of information systems and equipment.
Qualified candidate must meet the following criteria:
• Possess a college degree
• Have a minimum of 9-10 years of overall IT experience
• Strong project management and cost benefit analysis experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Products, Network security and disaster planning & recovery
• Insurance company background will be beneficial
• Programming/MCNE preferred, but not required.
