Develops, implements and manages related short-, mid- and long-term zone objectives, strategies, actions and budgets for implementation at the zone level. Oversees the recruitment, training and day-to-day management of Specialty Lines field personnel. Continually monitors and promotes development of a professional sales force by assessing performance and providing opportunities for sales skill enhancement. Ensures understanding and application of technology in sales process to maximize effectiveness of field personnel. Oversees the recruitment, training, day-to-day management and communication to all distribution channels within the zone. Directs redevelopment and appropriate alterations to distribution and product promotion, and provides input on price strategies to meet profit and premium objectives of the zone. Provides primary Specailty Lines communications link to field sales force. Works with the Agency Management to coordinate joint efforts between field and home office sales personnel.Position Attributes:Position located in either Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ.
