Data and Reporting Developer

Supports the development and loading of the Data Warehouse from the source systems. Supports the creation of data cubes, views or other decision support systems to sustain reporting, and the development of systems and processes that will allow the end users to produce their own reports using tools from the Business Objects applications. Uphold data base administration and reporting environment standards.   Hands on developer with demonstrated success in developing programs to integrate and access internal and external data related to the data warehouse. Participate in data and reporting requirement definition and analysis, design, development, and testing activities. Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team and Company Technology Partners to identify and resolve issues and/or advance the technical infrastructure and related data and reporting standards. Perform duties required to support production activities ensuring that data is delivered in a timely manner to support our business requirements and partners. Develop documentation and train users to provide a working knowledge of the tools and data models. Work with customer base to identify specific business issues and translate them into query protocols.
