Essential Duties:
Conduct research on the format and structure of data from outside sources and develop solutions to meet client specific data objectives using standard CS STARS utilities and tools.Adhere to CS STARS best practices for data conversion (balance to control totals, use of STARGate, STARUpdate, etc…)Update technical documentation during project development and store in appropriate shared location.Conduct research as necessary to determine the source of problems related to data transmission processing.Participate in client meetings and consult with clients regarding their specific data requirements and their impact on the use of CS STARS applications.Provide support and answers to Client Services concerning client data inquiries.Complete data conversion projects based on parameters established within the CS STARS contract and Statement of Work.Share best practices and knowledge with other data conversion staff.
Graduation from a college or university with  bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in the software or insurance industry Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem solving abilities.
Competency in Microsoft Product Suite including Microsoft Access.
