Customer Service Supervisor Job Description Customer Service is the important first-line of contact with customers, setting the tone for how members, doctors and plan sponsor groups view our company.  It provides members with the right information at the right time to help them make better decisions about their health and health care. Responsible for the overall supervision of Client Service, Data Entry and Patient Advocate employees.  Accountable for satisfaction of internal and external customers.  Responsibilities include selection, employment, training and periodic evaluation of staff Assesses performance and provides necessary feedback Performs staff quality audit Prepares and maintains training documents Maintains, evaluates and updates internal policies Serves as a liaison with internal and external clients; building strong collaborative relationships Required Skills: Must possess excellent decision making skills.  Proven verbal and written communication skills.  Minimum five years of health insurance experience.  Management experience preferred
