Customer Service Representative
Akron, OH
Responsibilities:
As a CSR, you’ll work directly with our policyholders handling inbound service calls, resolving issues/questions relating to policies. Building on your customer service experience, Homesite will provide you with an extensive customer service training program.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1-2 years customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent computer skills. The ability to multi-task, handle stressful situations, and A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
