Customer Service Rep/Producer
Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep/Producer for a top Insurance Company!Performs Underwriting and Services related duties:- Utilizes knowledge of insurance and policies to determine effects of changes requested.- Inputs information and generates appropriate correspondence and forms.Performs Claims servicing activities:- Reviews claim forms and related documents for completeness.- Calculates amount of claim. Pays claims as directed.Markets products to new and existing policyholders:- Solicits and informs potential policy holders through a variety of methods.Facilitates policy issuance:- Uses underwriting practices knowledge in handling new sales.Handles customer inquiries, complaints and situations.Educational/Training/Work Experience:- Appropriate Property/Casualty License- High School DiplomaMust be able to pass a Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle and Credit Check. Team Player, multi tasker, great Communication skills and type at least 35wpm.
