Call Center;General/Other: Customer Support/Client Care PREMERA places tremendous value in our Customer Service team due to their highly skilled ability to provide excellent service and dramatically impact the quality of life for all of our members.  We offer a thorough training program that will help you make the most of your Customer Service skills and truly succeed in this role.  We have found that the most successful applicants bring with them: * A strong sense of discipline* An ability to work, and THRIVE, in a structured environment* A willingness to commit to our training program* A real sense of pride and ownership in their work, with respect for punctuality and efficiency* The belief that combining above attributes will result in measurable SUCCESS! Our next Customer Service Training Class starts on October 6, 2008 and October 13, 2008Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through FridayThe training process lasts approximately 10-15 weeks The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides excellence in customer care. The CSR researches and resolves telephone and written inquiries; answer a variety of questions regarding benefits, claims adjudication, and membership and billing; assist in achieving section and department goals in quantity and quality through individual and collaborative efforts.Minimum Qualifications: 1. 2 years previous customer service experience serving customers and interacting with the public 2. PC skills to include the ability to navigate and keyboard through a variety of systems 3. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to articulate messages and information clearly and accurately 4. Demonstrated ability to work in a structured/regulated and fast paced environment with rigorous performance metrics 5. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work 6. Ability to work flexible work schedules when required Additional Qualifications Preferred 1. 2 years of college level courses or equivalent experience 2. Phone related customer service experience 3. Healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing or Facets experience 4.
