JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate will be focusing on customer retention, billing, and account servicing. Act as primary point of contact for Quotit customer billing questions.Act as point of contact for customer account retention.Process, bill, and record customer account upgrade/downgrade and cancelation requests.
Experienced customer service and customer retention skills. Sales aptitude and strong problem solving skills. Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Understanding of billing related processes. Minimum of 2 years experience with customer service/account retention and at least 1 year experience with billing processes. High school diploma or equivalent required.
