 United Concordia is one of the largest and fastest growing dental insurance companies in the United States. Workers are needed in our call center to accept incoming calls from dental insurance subscribers during a special open enrollment period.

 Earn $10.50 to $11.00 per hour and up to a $250 bonus for successfully completing the full assignment. This temporary assignment lasts from from Oct. 6 through Dec. 8, 2008, in our downtown Williamsport office.

 We’re looking for individuals with:

* Pleasant, professional phone skills

* At least 6 -12 months of previous, continuous employment in a customer service position 

* At least 6 - 12 months of previous experience working on a PC with average data entry skills 

* The ability to handle fast-paced work and the ability to attend classroom training

Full-time positions are available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All candidates must be available for three weeks of full-time (paid) training beginning on October 6.

Interviews will be conducted at the Pennsylvania CareerLink office at 145 West 3rd Street in Williamsport on Tuesday, September 16 from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
