Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a commitment to outstanding customer service. In addition, you must be able to type 35 wpm and have practical PC workplace experience. Problem solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Our preferred candidates must be willing to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
