Serve as Liaison to the Underwriting department. Offer continued assistance to Agents on other accounts by introducing tools to help with ease of doing business; information for other HSB products and services; and incentives to Agent for using our HSB Instant Quote system. Qualified candidate will adhere to world class Customer Service Standards using professional sales, marketing, and/or outbound Business to Business calling skills; and will accurately document the outcome of all calls into HSB computer system.Qualifications - Education:Required: - High School DiplomaDesired: - College DegreeQualifications - Work Experience:Required: - Three to five years experience in the Insurance Industry Desired: - Inside Sales, Telemarketing, and/or Outbound Business to Business phone experience. Underwriting background a plus.Qualifications - Technical Skills:Required: - Excellent PC skills using Word, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite preferred;Desired: - Understanding of Outbound Call Center Technologies; Knowledge of HSB's products and services; Familiar with HSB specific system applications.Qualifications - Non-Technical Skills:Required: - Mastery of customer service, analytical and problem solving skills; Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of customers and build relationships.
