WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?The Hartford's Claim Call Center is seeking a Customer Care Team Procedures Analyst.WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?Assist with the development and support of an expanding intranet web site/application crossing multiple Claims Lines business segments. Work with site contacts to help establish and document best practices across multiple sites. Solicit, analyze and research information from a variety of sources. Incorporate changes and system enhancements into appropriate materials, and develop, analyze, publish and maintain business insurance procedures and reference materials on an internal web site. WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITY?At the Hartford, our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and reward performance. The base salary for this position is in the mid 30's depending on experience. The tier level is 10. WHAT ELSE CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT WORKING IN THIS POSITION?This position is located in Southington CT. No relocation assistance is available. Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and independently handling multiple, competing priorities.
The following are preferred: Experience in the Customer Care Team Good working knowledge of The Hartford's business insurance systems and applications (CI)
