Summary



 

This individual:supports the Contract Management staff functions by establishing and/or updating basic contract and appointment data in automated system.identifies outstanding requirements and contacts appropriate entity to obtain missing information.images documentation or prepares copies and file folders for new contracts.provides routine support for Unit members.sustains continuous focus on improvement of processes and services.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software, and ability to quickly grasp the concepts of use of the internal agency management system (ZeBU) and use of the electronic filing system. Proficiency in use of the keyboard is required.
