Crane Agency Company has been delivering innovative and effective insurance services to its many valued clients.  As Crane continues to grow, we are continually searching for quality insurance professionals that possess strong technical skills and the ability to 'get the job done.'

Currently, we are searching for Commercial Lines Customer Service Representatives and Commercial Lines Account Managers.  We are looking for candidates who possess a friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to help others.  Excellent prioritization, verbal and written communication, professional telephone manner, attention to detail, and follow up is required.  Candidates must contain effective problem solving techniques and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.  MO/IL license in good standing required.  Experience with commercial lines insurance specific database software preferred.

Commercial Lines Customer Service duties include assisting Producer and Account Executive with servicing new and renewal business to include applications, quotations, ID cards, proposals, summaries, endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, invoicing, and correspondence on assigned accounts using the Agency’s Management System (Applied).  A minimum of 2 – 3 years of insurance agency experience working with commercial lines products required.

Commercial Lines Account Manager duties include reviewing, analyzing, preparing, and submitting quotations, applications, coverage summaries/comparisons, proposals, and renewals to insureds and carriers.  Assisting assigned clients in making appropriate coverage changes and educating clients about coverages, exclusions, exposures, and audits.  Reviewing and remarketing accounts as needed.  Properly documenting files in the Agency’s Management System (Applied).  A minimum of 6 years insurance agency related experience with at least 5 in property and casualty required.
