Description:

A full-time Property & Casualty commercial agent with an ambition to succeed and grow with one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in the Houston/Katy area. This position is responsible for prospecting clients, writing business with one of our many carriers, negotiating with insurance carriers, and planning and implementing your personal marketing campaigns.Â Property & Casulty license is required.Â This position is fast pace and we are looking for eager individuals thatÂ strive for successÂ in building and maintianing clients through relationships and product knowledge.Â If you are personable and have ability to sell you willÂ excel in this position.

Compensation will include both salary and commisions

Ideal Candidate will possess: Highly effective communication & presentation skills 2 + years direct commercial P & C insurance sales experience Knowledge of risk mangagement techniques & underwriting practices Current TexasÂ P & C producer's license Current driver's license/acceptable record Bachelor's degree with emphasis in marketing/business or equivalent experience
