Commercial Insurance Client Service Manager

Brower is currently seeking qualified candidates for the full time position of Client Service Manager specializing in medical malpractice clients in our Cincinnati office. The Client Service Manager provides and maintains service to new and existing clients and support the producers in accordance with the guidelines of the Agency and carriers. Responsibilities include making coverage recommendations, ordering policies, managing renewal process, invoicing, responding to client requests, assisting with claims and directing support personnel.
Successful candidates will possess a Ohio P&C License, 3-5 years of related agency level commercial insurance client service experience with medical malpractice focus, knowledge of independent insurance agency management systems or a strong aptitude to learn quickly with demonstrated experience in adapting to a new industry systems. Candidates should also possess a high level of interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, multi-tasking, leadership, problem analysis, planning/organization and have Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
