Client Care Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

 

- Manage a high-volume of incoming and outgoing customer phone calls

- Answer customer questions and/or direct to the appropriate person

- Review, identify and resolve potential title issues

- Schedule all closings with lender and presenter

- Maintain closing calendars with detailed information

- Communicate all pre-close requirements and details with appropriate parties

- Prepare and deliver closing protection letters, wiring instructions and fee sheets to customers upon request

- Request, receive and disseminate pertinent information from all parties to ensure transaction closes in a timely manner

- Prepare seller side settlement statements (training provided if necessary)

- Assist in closing package preparation

- Assist/provide support to closing department as needed

 

Job Requirements:

 

- Willingness to provide exceptional customer service is a must

- Previous phone and customer service experience is necessary   

- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, structured environment

- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage time so work is completed within required time frames

- Sufficient escrow knowledge to perform assigned tasks

- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook

- Attend internal and/or external training sessions as required

- Willingness to go above and beyond job responsibilities
