Company:  Ajilon Office Job Category:  Administrative/Clerical Reference Code:  K5-30143-528136 Location:  NJ 07632 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Claims Representative:The Claims Representative will primarily be responsible for all product liability claims to determine settlements are in accordance with company practices and procedures.  This position will confer with Product Liability Manager and/or Company Counsel.  Responsibilities: · Claims handling- receives, investigates, settles or resolves all product liability claims · Pays and processes all claims within the designated authority level · Enters new claim payments and all the administrative duties associated with documenting transactions · Maintains claim files, records of settled claims and inventory of claims · Verifies and analyzes data used in settling claims to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are in accordance with company practices and procedures · Contacts and/or interviews claimant for additional information · Creates status reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis · Manages the returned units and parts for inspection  Skills/Qualifications: · BA/BS degree required · At least one year experience in customer service or product liability · Strong communication, administrative and organizational skills required · Ability to multi-taskSalary/Pay Rate: up to $45,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
