As a Customer Care Professional, you will answer inbound customer calls offering solutions to customer questions and taking the opportunity to educate customers on claims processes and services.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: previous customer service experience, proven ability to adapt to change and execute in a fast paced environment, high level of proficiency and experience in a Windows based environment, demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information quickly, superior communication skills and ability to teach others.

Job Requirements:Availability to work a flexible schedule, running anytime between 6:00 am to 8:00 pm 7 days week. Shifts may include weekend and holiday coverageYou must be able to successfully complete a 10 week company sponsored training program.
