Claims Adjuster II

Excellent opportunity available with Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Company at their Claims branch office located in Tacoma WA.Collaborate with teammates to effectively manage and coordinate complex caseloads.Interact with policyholders, customers and agents while managing high volume routine and moderately complex caseloads involving General Liability, Medium-sized Property and Liability claims and minor to moderate Bodily Injury and Commercial Claims. Demonstrate mastery of inside adjusting techniques and practices coupled with knowledge of moderate liability issues, litigation and claims management.Adjust and manage claim files/caseloads through correspondence, telephone communication and field investigation (first and third party).

Work Experience:Full proficiency with caseload management for moderately complex claims and associated processing and reserving practices; Fair Claims Practice Statues and P&C insurance regulations.4+ years inside or outside Adjusitng, Independent Adjusting, Underwriting and/or relevant transferable business experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.Highly proficient "front line" customer service and team interaction.Bachelor's or Associates degree in Business Administration (or equivalent academic prep or equivalent experience)
