In this vital role, you will be responsible for investigating accidents to determine liability, corresponding with customers over the phone, obtaining police reports, and negotiating damage settlements. You will be documenting claim activity on Allstate's state-of-the-art claim system, and following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management. Our ideal candidate has a four-year college degree, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
