Claim Supervisor - Commercial & Personal Casualty
State Auto Insurance Company, an eighty-seven-year-old, A+ (Superior Rated) property-casualty insurance company has an opening for an experienced Casualty Claim Supervisor to work in our Indianapolis, Indiana, office. This position is responsible for the on-going supervision, training, coaching, and performance monitoring of casualty claim handling associates.
Qualified applicants must possess five to ten years of casualty claim adjusting experience for both with solid technical proficiency including knowledge of both personal and commercial coverage’s. This position also requires at least two years of proven, successful supervisory background. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are required. A college degree is preferred. Professional insurance designations are desired.
