Claim Representative - Commercial Property/Casualty

We are seeking a highly proficient claims professional to investigate, evaluate and resolve claims of a more complex nature which may include litigation. Claims areas include Commercial Property and General Liability. You will utilize your strong communication skills to maintain and develop relationships with key customers, as well as manage the work and performance of independent adjusters/investigators and defense counsel.   In order to continuously deliver a high level of customer service, you will be expected to maintain current knowledge in areas such as all insurance lines, court decisions and policy changes/modifications.

Qualifications: 3+ years of claims experience Strong communication and customer service experience  Multi-jurisdictional and claim handling experience  Completion of insurance courses such as IIA, AEI or CPCU a plus Ability to obtain the required federal and/or state licenses/registrations within the designated time period
