Part of the implementation is the roll-out of Cyber Shift TLM system.  Cyber Shift is currently up and running with one pilot group (PSID). The system has been installed with business rules configured.  The focus of the Project Consultant’s duties will be to bring on remaining PSID’s, train end users, act as a support resource for our client’s users, and troubleshoot the TLM system during the roll-out period. Cyber Shift will have implementation consultant resources performing actual configuration for remaining PSID’s. The project engagement is expected to last continuously from September through December 2008. Requirements  Strong knowledge and understanding of Ceridian Payroll systems and Cyber Shift. Prior experience configuring and troubleshooting Cyber Shift; including interfaces to Ceridian payroll.   Strong customer service aptitude and skills in training end users on Cyber Shift.
