Casulaty Non-Injury Claims Representative
Responsibilities: Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance is looking for a Casualty Non-Injury Claims Representative for our Phoenix, Arizona office. Primary responsibilities will include investigating and settling all assigned auto property losses including collision, comprehensive, and first and third party damage claims. Representatives will also check for appropriate coverage, investigate facts via recorded statements, determine liability, review estimates and appraisals of vehicle damage, and negotiate settlements.Qualifications:The ideal candidate must have 1st and 3rd party liability auto claims experience and will have proven negotiation abilities, as well as be a self-starter and have exceptional organizational skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are required. Candidate must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The work schedule may vary based on business need. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
