Casualty Claims Technical Trainer
Grade IThis position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced and technical training for claims home office and branch associates in the casualty line of business.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Design, develop, and deliver advanced training for claims associates on new and existing policies, technical procedures, and claim handling. 2. Maintain print and computer based claims training and procedures manuals and resource materials to assure consistency, accuracy, and current departmental objectives. 3. Recommend training programs based on input from Claims associates and review of Quality Assurance reports.4. Establish and maintain rapport with other units within the department and other departments within the company to develop resources.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or professional designation. Minimum of five years casualty claim handling experience (multi-line a plus). Training experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, experience with PC's, and word processing, spreadsheet, and presentations software helpful. Must be available to travel up to 30%.EXP: BI Claims Handling(5+ yrs)Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 30%
