They make it possible for members to get the right health care treatment for their needs and for Aetna to keep its competitive edge.RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for Care Management Nurse Supervisors to join our Bank of America Care Advocate Team in Highpoint, NC. The Care Management Nurse Supervisor will provide management and oversight for the onboarding of new business. Critical components for this position include (but are not limited to): - new account implementation management,  - development and implementation of program policies and procedures; - managing resources to ensure customer service levels are maintained; - acting as a content model expert; - hiring, developing and mentoring the team; monitoring and providing feedback regarding performance relative to best practices; - effecting change for positive outcomes;  - motivating and developing a high performance team; - acting as a role model for the Aetna values, particularly regarding company policies on confidentiality; - communicating effectively with a variety of audiences including physicians and external constituents. Required Skills: -Bachelor's degree, -Four to six years call center management experience required
