We are seeking experienced RNs to support out clients by:Determining benefit eligibility Assessing and evaluating needs of clients Providing education and support for numerous health conditions Interacting with care management agencies to maintain performance standards in clients care plan and goals
ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
In this position, you will provide leadership to your team in the Care Management function to ensure that processes are followed promptly, accurately and efficiently within performance standards of the specific client. You will establish, monitor and measure appropriate process checks and balances to ensure efficiencies in all aspects of client(s) and their customer(s) accuracy and timelines.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage staff to include general human resource duties and staffing process including day to day workflow, training and quality review for team.
2. Develop employees to assure continuity of qualified performance at all levels.
3. Complete work in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
4. Develop new and on-going procedures and policies for new and existing clients.
5. Coordinate with other departments within Long Term Care Group in an overall effort to secure new business and retain existing business. This includes revising existing policies and procedures.
6. Assist staff with questions and problems relating to departmental responsibilities and handle non-routine issues to include communication with existing clients on specific issues.
7. Provide on-time performance reviews for all direct reports.
8. Monitor the budget including researching and resolving any discrepancies and reporting all variances on a monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Unrestricted and valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 5+ years experience in Health Insurance Operations and Claims Administration
· Requires in depth knowledge of Claims and Care Management policies and principals
· Ability to analyze current processes and implement new processes to improve efficiencies
· Manages a quality and service culture within the area of responsibility
· Strong team building skills
· Ability to manage processes to deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence and deal with non-routine matters and special projects
