Many people have been effected and the claims are rolling in. We are looking for Licensed Property Adjusters to help out with the surge in Homeowner storm claims. To be considered all applicants must have either a NH, RI and/or VT valid Adjusters License. These are inside positions helping out for an undetermined period of time. Will process payments, review files and coverage, contact the insureds, get estimates, compile cover letters, handle payments and more.Personal Lines Account ManagersSeveral opportunities in Boston and surrounding towns (Norfolk, Middlesex and Essex counties). Responsible for providing customer service to accounts and maintaining relationships with insureds and insurance carriers. Full service account handling : answer questions, respond to and follow up on requests, resolve issues, monitor policies, process new business, renewals, registrations, endorsements, binders, and cancellations. Ensure that the proper forms are prepared for insureds, insurance companies, and/or producers. Prepare proposals, provide coverage quotes, place business, track appropriate dates (renewals, changes, audits, expirations). Track claims history, update records, collect data and review liability limits. Complete, review, submit and follows up on applications. We are looking an analytical candidate with a mathematical aptitude that is also detail oriented, customer-focused, problem solver and a multitasker. Qualified candidates will have at least 4+ years of personal lines experience in an agency/brokerage setting. Property and Casualty license in MA or obtaining a license in within 6 months is a must. Ability to interpret insurance regulations and coverages required. Ability to use AMS Prime, AMS 360, Applied and/or AFW, Windows, Word, Excel Commercial Lines Account ExecutiveSeveral openings for experienced CSR's and/or Account Execs with commercial lines experience.
