Call Center Supervisor

Description
Nassau based auto/homeowner Insurance Company seeks a professional and dependable call center supervisor with 2+ years of supervisory experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office . Insurance experience &/or inbound sales experience preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the hiring and day-to-day activities of a sales &/or service, including call monitoring, training, representative development, disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
