Call Centre Representatives needed ASAP for 6 - 8 weeks to assist customers with enrolling for insurance benefits (401k, pension, medical, etc) in busy call center setting. Pay is $12.50 per hour. We will consider candidates that have the following:

* Customer Service/Call Center Experience

*Benefits Experience or Enrollment Experience

* OR recent college graduates with recent customer service experience (recent as within the last 6 - 12 months)
* Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
* Candidates should be flexible to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am and 7pm; this project will also include working two Saturdays from 9am-5pm.

Location is in Houston, TX, 77041 - Candidates will be tested on:

Spelling/Grammar 70%
Typing 30 wpm
Data Entry (accuracy) 98%
Data Entry (keystrokes) 7700
Customer Services Survey 90%
Telephone Etiquette 86%
