COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER Arlington and Lexington
Position: CL-CSR
Location: Arlington
Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Description:
Detail oriented, technically astute, an employee who prioritizes, desk management skills, sense of humor, an employee who will ask questions, with a strong work ethics.
Handling 100K plus premium clients, this person will need 10+ years experience because the team is an experienced crew with "knowledgeable people".
The individual will be responsible for about 1.5 million in premium. This is a very high-tech agency with two (2) flat screen monitors on each desk. This is not only impressive but it allows them to drag info over easily, see two different fields at one time and the result is far fewer mistakes, which has saved a lot of money. The agency has a focus in habitation / condo risk.
Benefits:
Healthcare with Blue cross: 100 percent paid by them 50% for additional family plan.
Dental: 100% / 50% for family.
401K in place, zero contribution BUT they do have 10% of base given to profit sharing, 100% paid LT disability and Life as well.
Corporate membership with Waverly Oaks, employee pays $46.00 month.
Employees are given a one hour lunch.
2 possibly 3 weeks vacation (13 paid vacation days)
7 days PTO (personal time off) paid
Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
