As a Branch Manager with our organization, you will oversee and manage branch operations and sales for a local office, assist customers in obtaining insurance products, and quote, sell, and write policies. You will also market our insurance products to new and existing customers, and local businesses. You will develop staff and sales activities to achieve sales incentive goals. Other management responsibilities may include training & coaching, sales & marketing, and any other management duties as assigned. You will work with an Area Manager to review monthly renewal and cancellation rates, and manage results toward minimum company standards. Branch Managers should manage both branch operations and Customer Service Representatives employed at their location.
Ideal candidates will have a Property and Casualty Agent license, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be independent and self motivated, and possess a strong sales drive and a commitment to excel. 3-5 years of sales experience or personal lines agency experience preferred. A college degree is also preferred, but relevant work experience will be considered. Candidates should be willing to work a 40-42 hour work week, including some weekends.
BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A PLUS!
