Call Center Supervisor

Your primary responsibilities will include supervising a staff of various types of call center representatives. Also, you will provide coaching and counseling to develop employees to exceed department standards for productivity and quality. In addition, you will oversee flows of primary call types for team members so that individual and departmental goals are met.
Requirements:The successful candidate will be professional, career minded, highly motivated and customer friendly Minimum requirements include two years supervisory experience in a fast-paced call centerCandidates are also required to have outstanding office software and communication skills and demonstrated expertise within a call center environmentKnowledge of effective call center techniques and procedures and demonstrated capacity to interpret call statistics is also required Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and mandatory weekendsBachelors Degree is requiredEmployment stability in a supervisor capacity within a medium to large size call center.
