Safeco has an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our Business and Home Liability Claims team as a Senior Claims Examiner. This position involves handling General Liability and Homeowner claims.

As a Senior Claims Examiner, you will:Use your strong decision-making skills to investigate and maintain Business and Home liability claimsShowcase your analytical skills to determine coverage, investigate liability and injury and settle claimsUse your strong communication skills to secure information and educate the customerStrengthen your multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environmentIncrease technical level in handling complex coverage and injury claims
Qualifications:Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred2-4 years prior adjusting bodily injury claims experience is preferredProficient typing skills and have high comfort level with PC and internet usageCoverage and Litigation experience preferred
This position requires analytical skills, strong decision-making and negotiation skills as well as the ability to relate well with others.
We would prefer to fill with someone located in our Golden, CO office. No relocation assistance is provided.
