Business Systems Analyst III - Work with our Lawson and Human Resource Systems

If you have a keen eye for detail and are looking for your next challenge within a Fortune 500 organization then we have am opportunity for you!  Our Information Technology department is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with an understanding of Human Resource Software Applications and Lawson to support systems and staff by recommending and implementing system enhancements.  Show us your skills in gathering requirements and working with software developers Analyze data and translate it into effective solutions Understand and apply business vision and direction Assist with the development, testing, rollout and support of the new products. Provide excellent documentation Deliver results on time and within budget Act as main point of contact for problem reporting, analysis and resolution. Determine root cause and appropriate corrections to ensure issues do not re-occur Participate in project management process Coordinate, document and execute testing activities Document processes and user documentation Develop and deliver training to peers and customersWe expect that you will have at least 2 to 5 years of Business Analysis experience and be self motivated and able to work both independently and with a remote team.  Requirements:2 or more years of BA experience Lawson experience Human Resource Sytems (Benefits, Payroll, ATM, etc.) Ability to coordinate system testing cycle, issues tracking and resolution Demonstrated customer/client focus, project management and organizational skills Ability to provide detailed analysis and requirements for HR applications Ability to adapt in a changing environment and deal with ambiguity Self Motivated Work independently Team Player Multitasking Excellent communication skills Helpful to have:Expereince with Cognos, Taleo, Kronos or Talent Management software BA and/or Certification
