In addition to insurance products, AIG PCG also offers a portfolio of services focused on the needs of high net worth individuals such as Concierge Claims, Art Collection management, Kroll Protective Services and Dwelling Replacement Cost Valuation.What You Will be Doing: AIG PCG is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial individual to fill the Richmond Business Development Management position covering our Richmond, Williamsburg and Virginia Beach territories. In this role you will be responsible for the execution of the territory business plan that outlines key initiatives associated with revenue growth, profitability and expense control. Specifically, you will work with an assigned group of appointed agents to drive new business production, key-account retention, new product roll-out, and large account prospecting.What We Require:You should have a minimum of 3 years high-net-worth personal insurance experience, including a proven track record in sales, marketing and distributor development/management. You must have experience in the high net worth personal insurance market. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are key along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
